Correction: Decimal Point in Article on Osmolal Gap in Renal Failure

A decimal point was omitted from a number in an article in the April issue (1). The equation in the legend to Figure 1, page 481, should read: 1. 86 Na + [glucose/18] + [blood urea nitrogen/2.8].
