Clinical Research Methods: An Annotated Bibliography

This annotated bibliography includes 100 references to journal articles and books primarily concerned with the design, conduct, analysis, reporting, and interpretation of clinical research. The bibliography was compiled by the Research Development Committee of The Society for Research and Education in Primary Care Internal Medicine. We include articles about the acquisition of valid information on which clinical decisions can be made as well as articles on the decision-making process itself. The bibliography is intended for clinicians who do clinical research, read and critique published articles, teach research skills to others, and use the results of clinical research to make decisions.
