Correction: Symbol in Coronary Artery Status Figure

Excerpt

Due to an error in printing, the symbol for "grade present" in Figure 1 of the paper by Kennedy and associates (1) in the February issue appeared as a white rectangle in the key to the illustration. This symbol should have appeared as a shaded rectangle, to correspond to the shaded areas in the grid at the bottom of the figure.
