To the editor: I have read with interest the article of Krause and colleagues (1) on epidemic measles in young adults. Recently, as a camp physician, I encountered a similar outbreak in a 3-week summer band camp (2). The campers were 93 high school students between 13 and 18 years of age. The index case was a 16-year-old girl who presented with malaise, fever, sore throat, coryza, and earache. Later, she developed conjunctivitis and maculopapular rash on her face that spread to her trunk and extremities. She had received no measles immunization. Two other campers, aged 15 and 16 years,
