Correction: Name Missing from Letter on Heat Stroke

The name of one of the signers of the letter on heat stroke, which appeared in our September issue (1), was omitted when the letter was retyped in our office: Claude A. Taylor, Jr., M.D., should be listed as the second signer. The correct affiliation of Drs. Taylor and Kreul is the University of Wisconsin, Madison, Wisconsin. Dr. Hoff is from the University of Texas School of Medicine, San Antonio, Texas. We apologize for this error.
