Correction: HBsAg Subtypes

To the editor: There appears to be an error in the paper, "The Liver and the Antigens of Hepatitis B" the October issue. On page 489, right-hand column, second paragraph where the authors are describing the four subtypes of HBsAg, they have previously said d-y are one pair. Therefore, the second possible type listed should be HBsAg/adr not HBsAg/ady as listed if this reasoning follows.
