Immunobiologic Agents and Drugs Available from the Center for Disease Control
Abstract
Special immunobiologic agents and drugs are distributed by the Center for Disease Control in Atlanta, Georgia. These agents fall into six groups: antitoxins, coral snake antivenin, globulins and plasmas, drugs for parasitic diseases, skin test antigens, and vaccines. These agents and drugs are briefly described and their uses in treatment and prophylaxis are summarized.
