Renal involvement with lymphoma is frequent, but clinical symptoms due to lymphomatous kidney disease occur infrequently, and death due to renal parenchymal involvement is very rare. The two patients reported here had renal lymphoma as their major clinical problem. In both cases, death was due to progressive renal failure secondary to almost total renal parenchymal replacement by tumor.
