    We appreciate Drs. Kumbhani and Bavry's interest in our systematic review. They suggest that excluding 3 trials (TIMI IIIB, VANQWISH, and MATE) that were performed before the current era of glycoprotein IIb/IIIa and coronary stenting would yield different results.
