    I agree with Grande's sentiment (1), but I find the line of reasoning to be something of a non sequitur.

    Grande is advocating that physicians discontinue participation in pharmaceutical market research and that the sale of physician prescribing data should end. This would be in order to “roll back the influences of commercial marketing practices on clinical decisions.”
