    Ocular inflammation is a prominent manifestation of several autoimmune diseases. Although anti–tumor necrosis factor (TNF) therapy has been successfully used to treat uveitis associated with the HLA-B27 gene, the Behçet syndrome (1), and refractory idiopathic uveitis (2), its effect in sarcoid uveitis are unknown. We describe successful treatment using intravenous infliximab, a human-murine chimeric monoclonal antibody directed against TNF in a patient with sarcoid-related uveitis.
