SMLTREE is an excellent program used for drawing, calculating, and analyzing decision trees for clinical and other purposes. The program works right away and has an installation program that can be called with a single command. After 2 hours of working with the tutorial program, a person who can use other software can draw, graph, and perform sensitivity analysis.
