I'm a medical doctor, and, in this matter, a patient. This article is very articulate and helpful. Thank you all. For personal experience: the best treatment there is for migraine prevention is eating well, drinking lots of water and training in aerobic sports for at least one hour on a daily basis; this also combats insommia and keeps stabilized your humor. And it's natural! All the parameters (serotonin and others) can be meassured in two groups. Thank you for your attention, Jacqueline Paneyko.
