IN RESPONSE:

We are glad that potential conflicts of interest related to Choudhry and colleagues' provocative article have been addressed (1). The intent of our required conflict-of-interest disclosure forms is to have authors disclose any financial interest or potential financial conflict between authors, authors' employees, or authors' institutions and subject matter or materials discussed in manuscripts.

Published letters are edited and may be shortened; tables and figures are included only selectively. Authors will be notified that the letter has been received.
