AD LIBITUM
The Test
James E. Casanova, MD
1 August 1996 | Volume 125 Issue 3 | Page 182
Sunny days and
candy clouds fly
quickly to the
eastern sky.
Eerie calm then
gust and dust and
smell of moisture
close at hand.
At first not sensed
by ear nor eye,
excitement growing
in the sky.
Relentless wind
will grow and blow
and tug at you
both yes and no.
More persuasive
and compelling,
burly breath of earth
is yelling.
Hold on, let go,
which will it be?
Stand up and face
eternity.
