This staple source on therapeutic advice continues to have much the same character it has had for years. It offers succinct and practical articles with concrete and detailed advice but gives no references documenting the origins of the advice. Diagnostic points are covered in many articles, usually briefly. A few articles are probably too short for the complexities they aim to cover. But at its pricewhich is modest for a book of this size, certainly reflecting its wide useits shortcomings can be overlooked.
