LITERATURE OF MEDICINE

Reviews and Notes: Nephrology: Color Atlas of Renal Diseases

15 April 1995 | Volume 122 Issue 8 | Page 639

Color Atlas of Renal Diseases
space

Second edition. George Williams and Netar P. Mallick. 176 pages. St. Louis: Mosby-Year Book; 1994. $75.00.

Emphasizes the structural nature of renal disease using clear diagrams, photographs, and photoµgraphs, including many obtained using the scanning electron microscope (magnification x 3000 to more than x 5000). The price seems reasonable considering the number of color illustrations. For all who would like to correlate their knowledge of clinical nephrology with its pathologic aspects.
