The 13th annual volume in a series intended by the editors "to provide ... a true update of information in very specific areas of infectious disease which require revaluation." Legionnaire disease was discussed in the first volume. This one includes such topics as "Fever in a Recent Visit to the Middle East," genital warts, periodontal disease, perianal infections in patients with granulocytopenia, and evaluation of patients with previous reactions to ß-lactam antibiotics.
