In the review article on medical treatment for stroke prevention by Matchar and colleagues [1], a dosage error occurred in the section on nonvalvular atrial fibrillation. The last paragraph of section 4.1.2 discusses the Copenhagen Study, which used an aspirin dosage of 75 mg/d. In the text, this dosage was mistakenly attributed to warfarin.
