Correction: Incorrect Incidence Rate and Omitted Author

An incorrect incidence rate was given in a recent article [1] on acute mountain sickness (page 590, paragraph 2). The incidence of acute mountain sickness attributed to the the study by Dean and coworkers should be 42%, not 25%. Also, the name of Patricia Pearce, MBA, should be added to the list of authors.
