An autobiography constructed from Dr. Kleeberg's notebooks. He had the good luck to leave Germany well before the Nazi war against German Jews was launched. These memoirs give a vivid and detailed picture of hospital and academic medical life in pre-Israel Palestine but less of the postwar years.
