Figure. Clinical course of 6 responding patients after daclizumab treatment. Fifteen patients with pure red-cell aplasia were treated with daclizumab, 1 mg/kg of body weight, as described in the Methods section. Reticulocyte count, hemoglobin level, and transfusion history are seen for each patient. To convert hemoglobin values from g/dL to g/L, multiply value by 10.
