Figure 2. Percentage of households with infectious disease symptoms for each household-month. Poisson regression is adjusted for the number of children younger than 6 years of age, the number of people who rated their health as poor or fair or who had chronic conditions, the size of the household, and the number of people who spent 40 hours or more outside of the house per week. The incidence density ratio comparing the number of infectious disease symptoms in the 2 treatment groups was 0.96 (CI, 0.82 to 1.12).
